    Registration Forms

    Food Journals - we offer several formats for food journaling. Please contact us to ask which format may be best for you, specific to your goals and experience. Especially in our Weight Loss Programs, we understand each person is different, and

    Videos - these videos are primarily for those new to our programs, looking for the exact terminlogy of our exercises, along with providing reminders of how to do some basic movements. Please let us know if there are other videos you would like to see.

    • Sun Salutation - A yoga inspired stretching sequence used for warming up positions and movements prior to your workout or sport. Also can be used for a cool down, done slowly, after activity.
    • Planks - tighten and tone your core with the basic planka and several variations of this must do exercise.
    • Crunches - videos of the basic crunch, and other variations from the reverse crunch, toe touch, etc.
    • Abs/Glutes Mat Routines - a few basic mat routines to do before or after a workout, or even during commercials. More of these will be added soon.

    EveryBody-INFORMED General Fitness Handouts - these are short articles (1-2 sided 8x11 PDF form) to help you succeed with your fitness gameplan.

    • Fitness Center Orientation - Get the most bang for your fitness buck with this introduction to the fitness center, from understanding the lingo, "doing cardio", to a few ideas about gym etiquette and basic fitness programming ideas.
    • Perfect Form - No Trainer Required - If you've ever been standing in the middle of a weight room wondering if you are doing any particular exercise correctly or not, this article is for you. Keep in mind these 5 keys to perfect form, and you will feel empowered to try many new movements in your fitness center today.
    • Five Keys to a Fitness Program - Setting up a good workout for one day is difficult enough, more or less planning your entire week. This article gives you ideas for insuring you are efficiently working towards your fitness goals with a well balanced fitness plan of attack.
    • Blood Pressure & Exercise - Exercise can be one of the key combatants against high blood pressure. This article explains a few correlations, and why exercise is so important for managing our health.

    • Nutrition Focus - We focus on maintaining a focus, instead of being on a diet, no matter if you are ordering off a menu menu or walking the aisles of the grocery store. Here are a few ideas before making your next nutriiton choices.
    • 20 Worst Foods in America - Think your fast food splurge was bad last night? Thinking again. Any time you want to feel a little better about the foods you ate this past weekend, check out this list, and (gulp), hope that you didn't indulge yourself this much!
